ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The participant is fully aware that paragliding and all associated activities is a calculated risk sport and contains inherent risks and dangers, including serious injury or death. The participant knows and understands the scope, nature, and extent of the risks involved in the activities contemplated by this agreement. The participant voluntarily and freely chooses to incur any and all such risks and dangers. Paragliding is a dangerous sport.
EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
The participant hereby fully and forever discharges and releases the school, it’s owners or directors, employees, instructors, equipment manufacturers, and owners of land used for paragliding activities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of any damages, both in law and equity, in any way resulting from personal injuries, conscious suffering, death, or property damages sustained by participant arising out of training, paraglide flights, or any other vehicle operation, parachute or otherwise, or any other device of the school while on the ground or in flight, or while participating in any of the activities contemplated by this release. Exemption from liability includes loss, damage, or injury from the negligence of the school or any other causes.
FLYING CONDITIONS & LOST FLIGHTS
For safety, I understand that the instructors can take the decision to cease flying or terminate the flight of any participant for whatever reason. The Participant undertakes to comply with the instructions and decisions monitors or technicians Zero Gravity Paragliding available during the conduct of the activity, including postponing them for security reasons or lack of ability of the Participant. The Participant declares to be in necessary physical conditions, not under medical treatment and not suffer injury or illness and not be under the influence of drugs that can limit normal physical or mental capacities of people so that normally impede the realization of this activity; be of age (or older than 10 years with parental consent) and weigh less than 110 kilograms. The instructors, personal or Zero Gravity Paragliding partners may decide to interrupt and postpone the activity at any time if they think that due to weather conditions or for any other reason, it can not be done with sufficient certainty. In these cases, the Participant agrees to change the date of flight and no price will be charged.
PICTURES, VIDEOS AND MORE EXTRAS
The Participant may contract a separate pictures or video during flight. Zero Gravity Paragliding provides the camera. The Participant will operate the camera for recording flight. Zero Gravity Paragliding not be held responsible for recording pictures or video are not succeed due to technical faults in the camera or poor handling of this by the Participant or the pilot. If pictures or video are not recorded properly Zero Gravity Paragliding agrees to return to the Participant the amount paid by them, without the right to further claims by the participant. The participant agrees to publish the video on the Internet YouTube channel. In the video ZEROGRAVITY logo will appear. There will be no mention of the name of the participant data in the credits. For the photo shoot, there will be a selection of 20 pictures. Zero Gravity Paragliding will email the link to download the pictures and/or video within a maximum period of 5 days after the flight. All pictures and videos are owned by Zero Gravity Paragliding SL.
The participant may also hire some activities to add to paragliding, with an extra cost.
EXTRA! TAKES CONTROL !: The pilot will give the participant a basic understanding of how a glider pilot. Once in the air, the participant can take the controls for part of the flight (10 minutes).
EXTRA ACTION !: basic aerobatic flight manoeuvres are added. A spiral dive of 360 and Wing Overs. Acrobatic maneuvers need to be made at a minimum height for safety. If they could not do, the extra amount wont be charged.
EXTRA FLY TOGETHER: it involves flying with your partner in two paragliders, but at the same time. For it will have two pilots and two computers simultaneously. You need to understand that free flight depends on wind conditions, of ancestries and other factors unrelated to the pilots, so we can not guarantee you fly a short distance or exactly the same time. The extra that the participants have been paid for two drivers simultaneously is not refundable in any case.

Do not consider the reservation confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us by email or SMS.
Bookings can be cancelled or changed by Zero Gravity for any reason.
